As soon as my brother and I walked into the bar we were treated like absolute VIP’s.. The manager Jordan and other bar staff Liam and Joe were so friendly and kind. Engaged in conversation with us whilst also preparing orders for other customers. I personally think that’s a talent in itself and needs to be recognised. We appreciate the service they had provided us and we’ll be back for sure. Thank you so much for all effort guys! Great job!

We booked a Christmas party for our work team, couldn’t have had a better experience. We did the cocktail class with Jordan and had an absolute blast. Great choice of cocktails and variety and an awesome vibe. 5/5

We came to blue kahuna for a cocktail class for a friends birthday and we had an amazing time. Jordan was so friendly, chill and cool who ran the cocktail class and would highly recommend anyone coming here. Such good value and cool vibes

Whilst I was in Newcastle, we kicked off our night at Blue Kahunas with a couple of gateway-mojitos. When you enter, it’s a real vibe in the venue as it’s decked out in a topical maritime theme. We had fun, enjoyed our drinks and appreciated the lovely service

This place is a hidden gem! The whole bar and menu are based on a tropical vibe, and you can really see their dedication to that theme. The drinks are fun and interesting, and the staff are all very lovely. All in all, a very intimate and aesthetic bar

We went here for a girls night after work. Lovely staff, awesome music and tasty drinks. Making this our regular after work place. Thank you so much Jordan, Alex and Joe. We had so much fun. Cocktails were great and the icy drinks were a good cheaper option. The tropical vibe...SLAY!

Loooved it! So fun. We came in just after opening on a Friday and had the best service. The bar manager was super friendly and gave us some great tips on what to do in Newcastle and where the good eating and drinking could be found. We sat at the bar and had a great view of the bar. We could soak up the tiki bar feel and really get into the vibe. The cocktails were great. We managed to get there in time for happy hour and got a few in with the cheap prices. Definitely worth a visit for a fun time.

Blue Kahunas Bar in Newcastle is an absolute vibe! The atmosphere was awesome, the drinks were spot on, and the whole place just had such a fun energy. Huge shoutout to Jordan, his service was unreal! He made our time there so enjoyable, super friendly, and really went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back again just to see him. Highly recommend!
